Hy Friends!

I hope you had a good sommer untill now. My next "appointment" will be on July the 18th, when I take part at the "Salzkammergut Trophy". "Pain has a name" will again be the motto, which is prooved, because we will have to go 124 miles and 7000 meters difference in elevation by bike. I am preparing myself since the end of the season. Because of this I set myself off from Wilhelmsburg, my "home", to Lienz, where my girlfriend already waits =). With me I've got 4 of my friends.

Day 1

1980 meters difference in elevation, 127 miles, 7h

Departure time was at 8 in the morning. We had the blue sky and enjoyable temperatures, but in the Gesäuse we got into the rain, which followed us untill Liezen. In the end we reached our intermediate goal, calles Schladming.
Tomorrow comes our Tourhighlight, the Großglockner, of which we are very thrilled already (-:
